  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.
  • Bank transfers may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
  • Store credit is issued immediately and valid for 6 months.
  • Photos are mandatory for quality-related refund claims.
  • Same-day delivery orders have a 1-hour cancellation window only.
